Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Basement update.
I don't know how many of you remember but we were doing a major project getting our unfinished basement finished and rented out. Well we are in the final stages of finishing it and figured we would post it on craigslist for november first and see what happens. H posted it today and we have had 6 people contact us between last night and today! So one of the people who contacted us asked if she could come see it tonight and we told her that its still got a week before its done but she could come and see if she wanted to.
Well she liked it and we like her! She is around our age, a single professional hoping to move closer the city. That was our wishlist of a renter so we are super stoked!
Come november 1, between me starting working (finally) and having the rental income, the future is starting to look a lot brighter!
