Hello ladies just doing a quick stop by. I haven't been on the nest/bump much since I usually just FB but I could use some prayers.
my mom's dog is at the emergency vet receiving a blood transfusion. He ate 2 lbs of red twizzlers last week and was throwing up that day. We throught he had improved but today he starting vomitting blood. He did it a couple times. The vet does not know the cause and they do not know if he will make it.
since my mom first got him 6 years ago she has been diagnosed with breast cancer, had a lumpectomy, went through chemo/radiation, had an ovorectomy (sp?), tested positive for brca 1, had a double masectomy after another scare, had a failed reconstruction of 1 breast and had to have surgery to remove the reconstruction of one side, just had another surgery for the failed reconstruction and still has to go through more surgery. She can't lose this dog right now..

Thanks everyone. We ended up at the vet with Murphy today. He couldn't move.
Long story short they think he had some type of bacterial infection. We ended up doing iv fluids, antibiotics and blood transfusion. He seems to be ok for now but it will be a tough couple days.
