Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Monday Fitness Post.

For the ladies interested in fitness/accountability posts, here you go, Let me know if you like/dislike this set up and add anything to your own if it helps to keep  you accountable!  

Weekend update: did Zumba 3 days in a row, took a break on sunday. Added sit ups to daily routine (But can only do about 30 without dying...apparently I am more out of shape then I realized). Went on a couple long walks with H on thurs and friday. Stayed under calories according to loseit. Feeling good about that.

Week Food Goals: Buys some veggies! I realized this weekend I have no healthy snack food, so thats been added to the grocery list! Also I am going to cook something out of my vegitarian cookbook tonight

 Week Fitness Goals: Keep doing situps daily (Maybe hit 50 by friday?), Zumba every other day (Mon-Wed-Fri) regular length class. I have a cold though so skipping the zumba today, will try and do a short class tomorrow.

  • Weekend update: I did pretty bad this weekend. It was super busy and my best friend and her FI were in town so we went out to dinner.

    Week Food Goals: Try to cook some new things. Also trying to eat at home more.

     Week Fitness Goals: Walking a little bit longer each day. Also going to start Zumba at home this week. I find just doing more around the house at night helps me so hopefully I can find things to do. 

  • Weekend update: weekend wasn't so great workout-wise but my eating wasn't too bad. We did go to a family cookout on Saturday so of course that wasn't healthy but I ate really light all day to be prepared for lots of eating in the evening. I also ate very light yesterday to compensate for Saturday.Week Food Goals: to avoid the candy at work! There is ALWAYS chocolate and I do so bad on munching on it throughout the day. It will be hard to quit cold turkey but I want to at least limit myself to only a day. Today I ate two =( Week Fitness Goals: Do all my runs for my half marathon training and do weight lifting 3x this week. Sunday being my only day off from working out.
