One of my students left her lunchbox at school on Friday, so she came to school with a spare one today. And there was a braid attached to it. Like...a braid. From someone's head. As in, like this:
ON her lunchbox. One of the other kids asked her about it and she said, "Well my lunchbox is a girl and girls have hair." All matter of fact, like it makes perfect sense.
I was so weirded out that I didn't even try to address the situation. Hopefully it won't come back tomorrow!
Re: This is gross, right?

LOL at this! And yeah that's gross. Teachers could write books about this stuff. One time, I found a tampon in a lunchbox. Apparently the string cheese and the tampon we both waiting to be packed for the day. Mom ended up with cheese in her purse. She was mortified. I thought it was funny. ;-)
That is hilarious!
Haha, I know, right?
If I wore tampons and had a child, I could totally see this happening to me.
