Sunday - RennFest
Monday - Enchiladas (chicken for DH, corn/spinach/black beans for me)
Tuesday - Creamy Potato Soup and garlic rolls
Wednesday - Salad
Thursday - No idea. Something with sweet potatoes as our carb.
Friday - I'm working late so DH will probably eat dinner with his parents.
Saturday - no clue
Sunday- roasted pork, homemade cranberry sauce, hashbrowns
Monday- burgers with smoked gouda, bacon and caramelized onions, corn casserole
Tuesday- some sort of chicken
Wednesday- tortillini and brocolli
Thursday- Macaroni Grill's Carmella's Chicken (rigatoni, onions, chicken, marsala wine=so good)
Friday- no idea
IDHT: Those burgers sound delicious!
Sunday - Sonic
Monday - Slow Cooke Chicken Tortilla Soup
Tuesday - Slow Cooker Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli
Wednesday - Baked Ham & Cheese Sliders, Roasted Red Potatoes & Asparagus
Thursday - Taco Puffs, some sort of side?
Friday - Trunk or Treat with the Daisy Scouts, so we'll grab something while we're out for that
Saturday - Pumpkin Patch and La Tolteca
Monday - baked chicken, roasted potatoes and cole slaw
Tuesday - clean the fridge/leftover, etc.
Wednesday - Chik fila night
Thursday - chicken divan casserole
Friday - sausage and black beans
Weekend - TBD
Late to the party--
Monday--Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
Tuesday--leftovers
Wednesday--Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes and Corn
Thursday--Chicken Marsala and pasta
Friday-Pizza from Wegmans
Saturday--Outback
Sunday--I was thinking Corned Beef and Potatoes
Sunday: Kielbasa Honey Mustard Beer Potato Bake with Pretzel Rolls and Broccoli
Monday: Frozen CPK BBQ Chicken pizza which sucked (why did they have to change them???)
Tuesday: Tacos and Rice
Wednesday: Sweet Sausage Tortellini with Vodka Sauce
Thursday: PF Changs meal
Friday: Probably carry out
Saturday: Probably eat out
Sunday: Not sure yet - might get home late so might just do carry out or eat out
Here are some of the better meals I made over the past two weeks:
-Purchased a rotisserie chicken (I NEVER regret this decision)
-Made brown rice & edamame for a side, the leftovers made a great lunch the next day.
-Made sweet potato & cauliflower soup (this one was tasty and it began my annual fall/winter love affair with my immersion blender)
-Used this Cobb Salad recipe, but subbed crumbled bacon for the shrimp, and next time I think I will add hard-boiled egg
-Made this Quinoa Egg Bake and topped with diced tomatoes since we didn't have salsa, and raw red peppers on the side. DH was wary, but then he had seconds!
-Also on the agenda, Turkey Chili and Chicken Stew (with butternut squash and quinoa)
