Toy Storage
Our playroom is in need of a storage solution. Anyone have a piece they like and can recommend? We have a big toy chest, but it isn't enough anymore.

I've been looking at the Ikea expedit. You can buy inserts for it like drawers and bins.

we have the expedit, the 4x4. The bins are great for the little items and you can even store the big items (race car tracks) up above (and off the floor!)

I have something like this downstairs.
we just bought a TROFAST storage system from IKEA, and I am kicking myself for not buying it sooner. The drawers are mostly shallow, so Eleni can take them in and out herself because they are not over-loaded with stuff. She can reach them all. she is more apt to putting her toys back into the bin before she takes out another bin. We got the stair-stepped one, and stack a few games on top of each level. I am quite happy. I had been considering a great big Expedit (4x4) to use as a room divider between her playroom and the downstairs living room and decided to try something less huge. And I am quite happy with the choice, I must say.
