Really video guy?
We chose out videography company based on rave reviews from my BIL and his wife. We weren't able to get the videographer they had, but whatever. The owner gave me a bad vibe from the start, he's seems kind of snotty.
So, our contract with our videographer states to call within 60 days to set up an appointment to pick up the video and pay remaining balances on account. So, DH called at about the 45 day mark. The owner told him to shoot him an email, and he would check the progress and get back to us. I emailed him on October 8th, and he has yet to even acknowledge that I've contacted him. I'm so annoyed right now. All of our other vendors have been getting our praise and good reviews.... but this guy will definitely NOT get any recommendations from me. I don't care if it takes 90 days to get the video, at least acknowledge my question! I just want to be done with all the wedding stuff, especially knowing we still have to cut this guy a check!
Grrr.... vent over. Anyone else still dealing with vendor issues ?

That situation really sucks, don't blame you for giving him a bad review! If I was you, I'd call him back again and say "I emailed you on October 8th per YOUR request, you still have not emailed me back. I want to know the status of my video, as my wedding was 2 months ago and I feel that some communication on your part should have happened by now".

We are having this same problem. Our contract says it will take 60 days from our wedding day to RECEIVE our video. Well, Thursday will be exactly 60 days, and I e-mailed out videographer right after our honeymoon to get a timeline from him on when to expect our video. He never responded. Re-sent him the e-mail at the end of September, and he still has yet to respond. H e-mailed him last week, and has yet to receive a response either.
We aren't doing anything drastic until after the 60 days that were stated in our contract, but the least they can do is respond to an e-mail!
