My boss just busted me
Yeah she totally just caught me online shopping for a new handbag. What makes it worse? I have a half day today and there are papers all over my desk. Its an organized chaos, and it looks way worse than it is, but I was still on the Coach website so it was pretty obvious what I was doing.
Oh well, I got a really great bag for a rediculous price!

I try to keep my internet browsing screen small and everything else i'm working on large so I can click to another screen quickly if need be

Haha I have 2 screens at work, so I hide TN, etc with outlook... and work on the other screen.

She didnt say anything. She couldnt. Considering the amount of personal things that everyone else in this office does but dosent talk about is astounding, she would never say anything.
It still makes me feel bad though. I sit in a little corner office so i usually have plenty of warning when someone is coming. She asked me to pull something up and I clicked the wrong window.
I have 2 screens at work too! It's the first time I've ever used 2 screens and I love it.
We have "quota" time at work and our computer records how much time we are on sites like facebook etc. We get 15 mins 4 times a day to browse the internet. The weird thing is they don't let you do ANY online shopping and for some reason the nest is categorized as shopping. When I try to get on here it asks me if I'm shopping for work related purposes and I feel guilty saying yes.
Our sites are blocked and everything is monitored. *sigh
But it does irk me when employees "don't have enough time in the day" to complete their work but are found on their phones and FB throughout the day. This happened frequently in other companies.
