This past week's struggles: Got my period, so all I wanted to do was eat, ugh!
This past week's successes: I'm not eating/snacking much at all after dinner, which is good for me since I usually ate until I was ready to go to bed.

Workout routine planned for this weekend:We're going apple picking this weekend so I'll be walking around the orchard. I also want to get at least a 40 min walk in on Sunday.

Current Weight/Measurements: lost 2 lbs
Goal Weight/Measurements: lose another 20 lbs or so
This past week's struggles: lack of motivation
This past week's successes: found some new meals to try
Favorite new healthy recipe: I have no clue the name of it but it's a pasta dish with veggies
Workout routine planned for this weekend: want to get in a good hour of Zumba on Sat. and then going shopping at Sam's with my mom on Sun so that's a good hour or so of walking around.
Current Weight/Measurements: 135.4 (Lost 1lb since monday)
Goal Weight/Measurements: 128
This past week's struggles: I have been feeling lousy and stuffed up so I havn't been able to do zumba. Feeling like a blob
This past week's successes: Been eating better and still managed to lose without excersize!
Favorite new healthy recipe: Ugh, no idea what it is called....this indean stuff that is pretty much a whole bunch of veggies and spices pureed with Naan (I guess whole wheat naan if you want to be really healthy...but I'm not willing to sacrifice traditional Naan yet!)
Workout routine planned for this weekend: I am working all weekend (after not working for a month) so I have a feeling I'll be too tired to do much since im still not feeling great....whenever I start feeling better back to zumba every other day!

This past week's struggles: Eating super high calorie foods (i.e. pizza, stuffed peppers)
This past week's successes: Exercising when I REALLY didn't feel like it!
Favorite new healthy recipe: I've been having egg whites for breakfast instead of the whole egg. I feel terrible for throwing the yolk away, but the meal is just as yummy and SOOOO much healthier! (Whole scrambled egg= 365 Calories, Scrambled egg white= 17 Calories... Not a typo)
Workout routine planned for this weekend: I went to Zumba yesterday, I have Zumba today and tomorrow.
Starting next week I will replace Friday Zumba with an Ab Lab class, and I might add a kickboxing class to my Saturdays. It's called Turbo Kick and it's choreographed kickboxing to music. Yes please!
