For those of you ladies TTC I have a question. H and I have been talking about changing things a little to make TTC easier. We already don't drink unless special occassions so just a few times a year. And H dips tobacco but he has cut back and has been trying to slowly quit for several reasons not just this. But of course we know certain things you have to do/ not do while pregnant as far as foods items.
So my question is have you already started eating/not eating these items? We have already cut back on caffeine and started drinking more water. Just curious!
Re: TTC Ladies
We don't really drink, so that isn't an issue here. If H wears tighty whities, now would be a good time to switch to boxers or boxer briefs. Tighties keep the boys too close to the body and too warm for his swimmers.
If you aren't taking a prenatal you should be, you can get good ones over the counter at walmart.
we're not really doing anything we don't normally do. i changed up my daily vitamin to a pnv, actually a gummy from target
we already eat healthy and stay active.
i drink when i want, but i haven't o'd this cycle yet.
i won't worry about what to/not to eat until i'm actually KU

I'm also taking the gummy pnv! I've been taking it for a few months now per my dr request. She said it was just a better vitamin to take than a regular womens vitamin. Also I can't swallow pills so I had no choice in the gummy part.
H and I barely drink at all so thats not an issue for us. I'm trying to eat healthier anyway so that will surely help with TTC.
I bought a bbt therm. yesterday and I just starting this morning with using it. I guess I'll have to get in the habit of taking my temp every morning.
I'm going to check out some prenatal vitamins and start taking those daily too.
