Sites for booking NY shows
I will be in Jersey City at the end of November for a work conference. My husband's 40th bday is that weekend so we've decided to turn it into a fun trip too. I've been so busy taking care of an ill mother that I have failed to plan our trip just yet and beating myself up for it. We have air and hotel, but no tickets or plans yet. I will be working by day, but we'll have evenings and a Wed afternoon and a Sat afternoon free. I just tried to book tickets for the Statue of Liberty crown and of course it is not available when I am there. I feel like the worst wife ever for having this trip still unplanned. What is the best way to book tickets for shows? We'll have Wed and Fri nights available to see something. He mentioned Spiderman as one choice. He has gluten allergy so any suggestions on gluten friendly restaurants in Jersey City or New York would be useful. We are staying right by the Path so just one stop and we're in NY. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

Re: Sites for booking NY shows
you can book spiderman right through the shows website. just google it and look for the official site. i was just looking the other day for this coming saturday as my little sister is coming down for a visit. i didn't want to pay 200/person for a saturday matinee.
you can also hit the TKTS booth in times square or (preferrably) the one at south street seaport-smaller, no masses of people like times square and a fun place to explore for a bit.
check out yelp.com for restaurants near your hotel or where ever you'll be. most will ahve a gluten free option (or there's always fish or beef iwth no gluten sauce that any place will make for you).
