Offer Vibes Needed
Had a couple that came through our open-house last Sunday. There are thinking about down-sizing, their current home is not listed. Anyways, they liked our home, enough that they were asking utility costs. Anyways they since have seen a few other homes (some in our school district) and others in washington county. Based on feedback etc from our agent (she didn't host the open house) via the hosting agent at the open house, the couple loved our finished basement with the kitchen because they are an Italian family and love entertaining. It seems like our house may be the front runner if they stay in SF however they did look at some places in washington county. We have a feeling that we will know more today - either they are going to stay put, decide between staying in our school district (we are thinking they may still have grandkids in the school) or move to Washington County. I just like closure, either way.
I know the post may sound confusing and many of my posts are related to griping about this selling process but I just want it to be over so we can move on to the next stage of our lives.
Please say a little prayer that an offer comes in..
