I've had frames I've been meaning to hang for awhile now, but I've been waiting on mpix to send out a coupon code, since I have kind of a large order of photos...but this morning they finally did! 25% off, woohoo =]
Just FYI.
Did you ever decide what you were doing with your master bedroom? I noticed your post got deleted.
I also have some frames I need to get pics put in and hung up. Also we just got our 2 16x20 pictures from the wedding (a bridal and an engagement) framed now to get them hung up in the living room.
Also we are hoping to purchase a new bedroom set for us soon so that the one we have now can go into the spare room. We need a bigger bed and we have worn ours down since it was mine from before we met.
Sam, I saw that my post was deleted and I'm too lazy to repost it, haha! There are so many things that I want to do with our home still that I have no idea where to start. It's all a bit overwhelming at times but I hate blank walls and I'm worried that I'm going to make things too cluttered so we'll see how everything goes.
I've decided that in our bedroom (which is gray with one wall a shade darker) I'm going to make a bench for the end of the bed and get a chaise lounge for opposite the bed. I'm still not sure what to put on the walls since we have so much wall space and again, I don't want to make things look cluttered.
I've been playing around with the idea of using one of the walls in our living room (which have nothing on them as of right now) to display all the wedding pictures from our family - parents, grandparents, great grandparents, etc but I'm not sure how that will turn out. Any thoughts on that??
I just re-arranged my bedroom and put up some wall quotes that I LOVE!
My next thing I want to do is an idea I found on Pinterest.. for a shower curtain, use two drapes that go floor to ceiling to look more "luxurious," so I'm trying to find the right drapes I want for my bathroom

We have been at a bit of a standstill home deor wise to try and finish the basement...now that that is finished and we are broke....we are still at a standstill in our living space. I have empty picture frames up all over the place because the previous owners left hooks EVERYWHERE, and until we can paint the whole house I don't want to them out because they are big ones therefor leave big holes in the walls, so I am just putting up anything and everything...even though we have not printed off our large scale pictures so we have lots of random sample pictures in our house right now!
Funny side story: My parents were over for thanks giving and theres a picture frame that had a sample photo of a model who kinda looks like a kardasian. My dad can't read or something (because the size and everything is written on the thing) and goes... "who is that, do you know her." We all think hes trying to be funny and kind of laugh it off...but then I realize hes actually asking...and I was like "dad...its a sample....printed on glossy paper to try and sell the frame..." and his response was "oh I wondered how you were ok with having pictures of pretty women up for paul to look at"....needless to say that is now a truely empty frame.

I like our house, but i don't LOVE it... right now it's kind of a mash of whatever. I'm really excited to decorate our new place once we get it reno'd. I want things to flow more, and be more "us" instead of this is "us" because it's what we can afford.
I love our bedroom, it's very us, which is a good thing, but sometimes i'm not so thrilled with the rest of our house!
We just sold at least 1/2 of everything we own at our (long awaited) yard sale this weekend, so I totally need to rearrange everything. We're hoping to be moving around the beginning of the year, so I don't really feel the need to put in a ton of effort, but I at least need to spread the decor/ furniture we have left around a little better.
We also got a Gregory Euclid print as a wedding present- I'm going to use the birthday money from my parents to get it framed. Can't wait- It's gorgeous and I'm looking forward to being able to see it every day
