Christmas gifts for the man/men in your life?
I'm trying to get a head start on shopping for DH since he's so difficult to buy for. Last year I searched all over for a watch, finally found one that fit the criteria, and the d@mn thing broke last week. So I guess I can put that on the list haha! He mentioned he'd like a robe (which cracks me up because I can not picture him wearing a robe)....but that's all I've got. And I have no clue what to get my step-dad or my sister's FI.
So what are you getting your DH/SO/dad/brother/etc?
Re: Christmas gifts for the man/men in your life?
Probably won't be much help here, but H is getting a bowling ball. He said that's what he wants, so I'll try to find him a ball online during Black Friday. He's been a pretty big bowler since we were both in college, but he's been borrowing his uncle's ball for awhile now. Time to get his own.
For my dad, I'm not quite sure. Need to find something that will ship to Afghanistan and be easy to bring back when he finally comes home for good. I might just send him a gift basket of his favorite snacks that he can't get in Afghanistan, some pictures for him to put up in his office, and maybe some Thunder gear.
I was going to buy him some sunglasses... but he bought them for himself yesterday :-/
I keep an ongoing list on amazon for him (and myself) that he can't see. I add things to it throughout the year when he mentions he would like to have something.
Right now, tools and workout clothes are the only things on the list.
DH is the hardest person to buy for because if he wants something he'll just go buy it.
I'm getting my dad a Ipod dock since my mom is buying him an Ipod this year.
I usually leave FIL's and BIL's gifts up to DH to figure out.
I will probably get my dad some OU or Thunder gear.
C will take care of his dad and step-dad.
I will probably get C some clothes since he says he can always use clothes and he wants some knife from Bass Pro so if he doesn't buy it before Christmas I will get that for him. He is really hard to buy for because he never wants me to spend money on him!
