As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Baby Update
I went to my new OB yesterday. I really like her, which I am so happy about. I had the same doctor for years so switching was intimidating to say the least. I was also able to see the baby again yestrday. I wasn't expecting too, so it was a nice surprise! The heart rate was 167 beats per minute and the Dr. made a comment of it being a girl heart rate. I hope shes wrong! None the less I will be super happy to have a healthy baby regardless of it being a boy or girl. My next appointment is scheduled for Nov 21st.
On the house front we are waiting for the paperwork to get to the title company so they can set up an appointment for us to come in and sign everything. We were supposed to do it today but haven't heard anything yet. Gotta love this waiting game!! Fingers crossed everything will be done and we can have the house be ours by the weekend!

That's great news about your new doctor. I love mine and would have been just as terrified to switch. As for the heart rate, on my mommies board they did a poll and the gender vs. heart rate was all over the place. So I'm thinking that's just another old wives tale. Unless it's more accurate in the first trimester. I didn't find out Lily's heart rate until my a/s. They always just said it was a good strong heart beat. LOL.
And YAY for your house!!! Hopefully the title company gets back to you quickly. Then you can start painting and getting ready to move.
Yay for liking your new doctor. I go to my new OB on Monday and I really hope I like him. That's great that you had another u/s! I'm not sure when my next one will be.
Oh and I really hope you get the paperwork finished for your house soon. I'm super jealous that you are moving into a big new beautiful house. DH and I will be stuck in this little townhouse at least for another year.
