If you could change one thing

about the area you live, what would it be?

I would have more police patrolling the roadways around where I live. Wait, to say more that would mean that they actually patrol it, which they don't. I am tired of all senseless deaths that occur because people don't obey laws, because what is to stop them! There were 3 traffic fatalities in one day, and many more injuries, within just few miles.

  • I would change the rude people. When you walk by a person, instead of that person smiling or saying hi, they look down or keep on walking like they didn't even see you. People rarley make small talk because everyone is in too much of a rush. I hate that. I guess I wish I lived in the South because when I was in North Carolina I really enjoyed how friendly everyone was with each other!

  • I would change how snobby people see to be.  It really bugs me the whole attitude DH and his family have towards the suburb I work in.  It's more upper class and they make fun of how snobby people are from here.  I work here and so far the only people I've met who are snobby don't live in this suburb.  It just makes DH and his family seem like the snobs to me.  I thought it was only his family that was like that, but the other day one of the radio DJs was commenting about it, he also considers this suburb snobby.  Maybe I just haven't seen it.  Maybe that's just city life, I'm used to small town country life where everyone says hi to each other, waves at total strangers while driving, and don't care which small town you're from.

  • I would move my family here with me.
  • If had a job elsewhere, I'd be packing the house to leave without a moment's hesitation.

    Yes, I know it's 10pm.  No, I don't care.
