Real Estate Atty Rec? FSBO - Paying Cash
Hi there,
My mother in law is out of state, but buying some property here in Pittsburgh. The house is being sold FSBO and my MIL is paying cash. Can any of you recommend a real estate attorney? The attorney we used when we bought our house has retired.
We'd prefer someone in the downtown area or southern-city (Dormont, Mt. Leb).
TIA!
Re: Real Estate Atty Rec? FSBO - Paying Cash
We are using DJ Nichols as our attorney for our assessment appeal. His specialty is real estate. I am an attorney myself, so I am picky.
Here is his info: http://www.bootaybevington.com/djnichols.html
We had a Real Estate Atty do our purchase of the house we just bought since it was FSBO. We were really happy with him and their closing company. Let me get his info from Kev. His office was down in PPG.
ETA- I found him
