Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Was really awesome! Plants, visulaizations, she played music off my back....and Mary as a person was great. I would suggest this to anyone trying to get pregnant, or just wanting to center themselves

um I didn't actually SEE what she was doing but she put some sort of like gong/cymbal type things on my back (one low, one high) and then hit them with like a metal stick of some sort and hummed at the same time.
again I didn't actually see the instruments so I can't tell you exactly what she used but it sounded like chimes almost
