Christmas markets in Germany

I'm considering a quick trip to Germany to visit the Christmas markets in Munich and possibly Bamberg and Nuremberg. Do you have a favorite or any tips about visiting? (I've been to Munich before)

Hey there!
I am stationed in Germany right now and let me tell you, the markets are AH-MAZING! I did the Strasbourg and Speyer ones last year. Also the little one in my area, Kaiserslautern. This year I am heading to Heidelberg and possibly Cologne. Cologne has 7 different markets in the one city!
I have heard the Nuremberg was is amazing. I actually have the tour flyer in front of me. It says that this one is the oldest in Germany.
There is also a great on in Rothenberg. Let me know if you have any specific questions and I can try and help.
