I wanted to use shells in my bathroom to decorate it. My bathroom has a lot of blue colour and I would want to give an ocean theme to it by using shells. I have a lot of loose shells. What is the best possible way I can use to decorate my bathroom
Re: Using Shells
This is a decor question not a craft question. But houzz.com has lots of ideas.
personally I would only do something like fill glass jars with shells as a display piece because I find shells all over a bathroom to be quite tacky.

I had a bathroom like this growing up. I collected shells from beach trips, and then wanted to do something with them! A few ideas:
1. Get a jar or other container to add shells to. this is the simplest decor item. you can even add a candle:
2. glue shells to photo frames. I had a hanging photo frame (like the one below) that I found at Michaels and painted to match the bathroom. Then I glued shells to the corners to create a decorative frame (like the idea below)
3. hang shells -- if you have any with holes in them, you could string them up using twine or some other string. Create a mobile in a corner of the bathroom, or just hang a couple from a shelf, etc.
