5 hours

That's how long we were without power. Not to bad! Still interested to see what our yard looks like. Everyone else good?

Re: 5 hours

  • Yup we lost power too.  Everything is good... H had to bribe Hunter to go out, but it worked!

  • My power company's outage map shows 40 people without power in my zipcode so I doubt we lost power.  I'm planning on going to work tomorrow morning so I need to head home first thing to drop the dogs off but I'll make a final decision in the AM.
    my read shelf:
B's book recommendations, liked quotes, book clubs, book trivia, book lists (read shelf)
  • Our power went out around 6pm last night and we're still out. My parents' condo a few blocks away still has power so we walked down here this morning around 6. I had to save my ice cream! Lol

  • We never lost it and hopefully won't now!
  • We luckily didnt lose it either. Everything looks good. Little leaks in the window and a small leak in the basement but overall not bad.

  • We didn't lose power at all last night.  The scariest part (I don't know if any of you were following on my FB) was that Gene and I had to work yesterday.  We didn't leave work until 4pm, and I was freaking the eff out.  Couldn't stop crying.  I was really scared.

As soon as we made it home, I felt immediately better.  I'm back at work today.  Funny... largest hurricane to hit this area since 1903, and I worked through the whole thing. Ugh.
