As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Confession: I am counting down the weeks until my maternity leave starts already. I still have 7 weeks and 1 day to go... that is too far from now to already be counting down. But I can't help it. The projects I have to work on between now and then are just not interesting enough to keep me happily motivated.
Good thoughts: To Michele that she and her family get back to life as usual in NY soon, to everyone picking up the pieces after Sandy, and to anyone else that needs them for any reason.
Good thoughts: to all who need them, especially those recovering from Sandy, and my friend who should be getting her son back today.
Good thoughts: to all those in Sandy's path. My heart aches with each story I hear, with every photo that I see.
Confession: I used some of the time my husband watched my kids today to blog. Yes, I have work to do, but I needed to do something for ME too. 2 posts in one day, although one I wrote yesterday ;-) Ahhhhhh.
Confession: I love seeing my family but this unexpected trip when I have SO much going on with work is really wreaking havoc with my mental balance. I know we are SO lucky to have a place to go, but I want to go home. I just have to so much work to do.
Confession: i ate too much halloween candy today. But actually, I don't really feel guilty. So it's not really a confession. ;-)
