Nursery Bedding - Help Please (PIP)
Okay so I've abandoned all thoughts on the dragon theme. I just couldn't find bedding to go with it. And I've been searching for fabric thinking I would just make my own. Well, while searching I found an amazingly cute bedding set on Amazon. It's got the castle on it along with a frog prince and an owl. It's in purple, green and pink which are the colors of the signs I bought. (Yes I know I still need to get pictures of them for you guys). And it sticks to the fairy tale theme I was going for a little. Frog prince - that's a fairy tale.
So I thought I'd found it. Only problem is I only like the blanket. I don't like the sheets or the dust ruffle really. They are terrible but they aren't great. I was searching for a rug to go with and found a super cute one online at Target.

I thought they both went together really well. Then I found the bedding set that goes with the rug at Target. I love the sheet and dust ruffle. The blanket is cute, but I like the Amazon blanket more - mainly because of the frog and the owl.

So thoughts and opinions are welcome! They are about the same price. I wish I could just buy the blanket from Amazon without the sheets and dust ruffle. I can buy the sheets from Target separate but not the dust ruffle. Why are they only available in sets??? Sorry for all the links, it was a lot easier than trying to download pictures and upload them through tinypic.

I might just have to buy both. I stopped by target on my way to class to get a first hand look at what they had. Still like the blanket from Amazon more. Tara, I like purple more than I like pink but I don't want the room to be too purple!
I think I'll get the set from amazon. At target you can at least buy the sheet separate from everything so I can get that to go with. Thanks ladies! I'm not sure why I was so torn. In the end I can register for the target set and see if someone gets it for me.
Just ordered the set from Amazon with the matching mobile. I love the blanket too much to not get it. It should be here between the 8th and 14th. I can't wait to see it! Hopefully our crib will be in by then too. It is supposed to be here by the 14th at the latest.
We are tentatively planning to paint the room the first weekend of December (1-2). I just need to get paint picked out.
