    I went to the gym once this week...better than not going at all I guess!

    I'm having an issue with snacking late at night...my goal next week is to cut myself off at 8:30pm

    Weekend workout plans or menu ideas?

    Hoping to get to the gym tomorrow or at least go for a nice walk both days. H wants chicken soup for dinner tonight, which I load with veggies so thats good!

    What are three things you're looking forward to when you're at your goal weight/measurements?

    -Fitting into all my awesome clothes that I bought when I was skinnier

    -Feeling more comfortable when naked

    -Just being healthy

    Any new healthy grocery list must haves or new finds?

    Nothing new...I wish there was, I feel like I'm always buying the same stuff!

  • Anything you want to share about this past week?My running went really well this past week. My last full week of half marathon training. I have such a hard time with snacking at work and I can't seem to stop! I'm trying to remind myself how many extra miles I would have to run to burn off the snacks...it worked at first..but then it didn't =(Weekend workout plans or menu ideas?No menu ideas. Just finished my 10 mile run...going to rest tomorrow.What are three things you're looking forward to when you're at your goal weight/measurements?-fitting back into my clothes..right now I only have one pair of jeans and one pair of shorts I can wear-Feeling more comfortable going to the beach with friends once spring rolls back around-running faster when I get back into shapeAny new healthy grocery list must haves or new finds?I saw new jell-o brand treats with flavors like "birthday cake" and "strawberry shortcake" for only about 120 calories...I want to try them!
