What did you do with your extra hour?
After setting the clocks last night, I tried heading to bed early. The kids had me up at least 4x in the night. So, today, I took advantage of the extra hour (and DH not watching football b/c of the Pats not playing this week) and took a nap. Much needed!
How did you spend your day with the extra hour?
Sidenote: I think Daylight Saving Time is stupid and antequated. It hasn't been necessary since before electric lights... I think they should just abolish it.
Re: What did you do with your extra hour?
My "extra" hour was spent trying to coax an 18 month old into snoozing... which sadly (and not surprisingly) didn't work. I did get in a short nap in the afternoon, though. I'm still exhausted today as DS was overtired come 8pm last night and had trouble sleeping because of it. We've been slowly trying to shift his schedule for the past 4 nights, but it still sucked!
I agree it should be abolished

I would love to say that I spent it sleeping late but with the kids that didn't happen. I spent it getting things done around the house. I agree with getting rid of it. I hate that it was dark yesterday at 4:30.
