New Job
A lot has happened since I was last on here. On Wednesday I went to my office to find there was no power. The kicker the bosses knew and didn't tell me. It took me 90 minutes to get there. I already had a job interview lined up for Thursday so I called them and asked if we could move it to Wednesday, I was hired on the spot. So I quit my old job in the most obnoxious fashion, it's not something I'm proud of, but showing up to no power and them knowing was the LAST straw, I was already mentally checked out. We had decided that if I couldn't find something new I had to quit anyway, too much stress for not enough compensation.
So I got a new job, it's what I was looking for last year when I went back to work anyway. I'm THRILLED, it's a 15-20 minute commute. It is near KOP mall, which is going to suck in a few weeks, but nothing that can't be worked around.
