As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thankful Thursday
2 more weeks until Thanksgiving!
I'm thankful for H's new job. Yes, it's night shift and I don't see him much, and he works long hours... at least he's getting paid! It has relieved so much of my stress knowing he worked this many hours at $X. Towing was so feast or famine I really didn't know if we were going to pay all our bill each month without dipping into savings, even though he was averaging 80-90 hr weeks.
Re: Thankful Thursday
I am thankful that H helped me clean the (flat ceramic) stove top tonight. I was trying to write an email to a parent while making dinner and accidentally let a pot boil over. I'm pretty sure I'd still be cleaning up after that mess if he hadn't jumped in.
I'm thankful that DH realizes when I have had a crappy day and will do what he can to make the night easier.
Bit late but I am really thankful that we made it through 2 storms without issues.
2nd thankful - I am thankful for the newest job, despite how stressed out it is making me. It will be nice to have insurance.
