I'm seriously considering posting and intro on TB soon....and I wanted your advice for what I should say. Here's what I'm thinking:
Hi Ladies!
I've decided to come out of lurking and finally post here since H and I are currently TTC. H and I were married on 5/12/12 and I decided to quit my BCP in September, so we've only been TTC for two cycles now.
I'm trying to get the hang of temping/charting and I'm going to pick up some OPTs this weekend to use next cycle. As of now I'm on CD22 and I'm 7DPO.
I underestimated my O date this month so I'm almost certain that we'll be starting cycle #3 in a week or so. But I think with the addition of the OPTs I'll have a better idea of when O will happen next.
I've read the newbie post (super helpful) and I am finding so much great advice/support on this board. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you and also excited to participate on this board throughout our TTC process.
Thoughts?? too long? not enough detail? Should I mention anything else? Am I overthinking this? lol

That's totally cool, you're fine, don't be scurred :-P
But, I haven't heard them referred to as OPTs, I'm sure some people may call them that, but for the most part I've heard them referred to as OPKs.
I'm looking forward to another May girl over there!

Haha, I know its crazy how many TTC-type terms/abbreviations there are. Luckily there's a glossary on TB that helps me out whenever I see some new abbreviation that I can't understand!
