What a week....TGIF!!!!
What is everyone up to this weekend?
Re: Weekend Plans!
Tonight - well, do I really need to say it? DVR catch up and ordering out! But, because we're wild and crazy, we might spice things up and also go shopping for new phones.
On Saturday night, my parents are watching the boys overnight and we are going to a friend's 40th birthday party. I am looking forward to a night out with the hubs!
The rest of our weekend will be spent catching up on cleaning/organizing and other super exciting house stuff. I've been saying it for weeks, but I HAVE to clean out our spare bedroom. Right now it looks like a mix between an episode of Hoarders and Storage Wars.
Have a great weekend everyone!!!
My Bio
We're having our first date night in eons tomorrow night! Can I just shout from the roof tops how much I love our daycare and the kids' teachers? If my job was watching kids all week--I think I'd want a break from it on the weekends, but she was more than happy to agree.
Sunday--I'm going to try to get a hair cut. I dont 'think I've had one since March, although right now I haven't been doing anything but putting it in a ponytail...so I'm not sure it makes much of a difference. We may go check out round hill park as a photo spot, because I didn't even know it existed!
Gwen, hope it isn't your new car getting fixed already!
I'm hitting the gym tomorrow AM then taking Cori to a princess themed birthday party in the afternoon and then shipping her off to grandma's for the evening. Hope to hit Ross Park Mall for shoes for Ben and make up for me.
Sunday we're raking leaves at my mom's since it will be sunny & warm and no football until Monday night.
Plus the ususal fun stuff of cooking and cleaning and errands. Hope everyone enjoys the sunshine!
My sister and nephew are flying up today from Charlotte.
Tonight: probably grab dinner with Nathan
Tomorrow: Nathan is hunting, so I am meeting my mom and sister at the mall. Tomorrow night we are going to Capital Grille for my sister Emilie's birthday. This makes me feel old since my baby sister is 22!
Sunday: probable go over my parents and hang out. We also need to clean up the backyard of all the neighbor's leaves and go to the grocery store since we have no food.
my sister had a baby yesterday so we'll be hanging out with them off and on this weekend!
other than that, doing stuff around the house and maybe some christmas shopping tomorrow.
I had to switch my schedule, so I'm working today and then we'll just do our regular Friday pizza night. Tomorrow, we may take advantage of the milder weather and go to the outlets for some shopping. Sunday, nothing planned.
Nope, it's my older car. While I'm glad it's not the new car - at least that would be under warranty!
This is the weekend of Brian's annual fishing trip with his dad, where he never catches any fish
So, my mom was nice enough to offer to come up & keep us company since my dad has to work all weekend anyway.
Tonight: no plans
Sat: I have to go into my office for a few hours for an event in the morning, then I'm getting my hair cut, so my mom will watch the boys while I'm out.
Sun: I'm hoping to take advantage of my mom being there and clean out some closets while she can play with the boys. it's not that exciting, but I will be so happy if I get it done.

Happy sunny Friday!
I'm taking a half day today, since I still have time to use and Gavin is off with school closed. I have an OB appt. at 1pm, and then we're running errands at the Mall.
Tonight: I don't think I want to cook, so takeout of some sort? DVR catch-up and sleep!
Saturday: DH might have to work, so I'm planning on doing some freezer cooking and then I have to go to work for 2pm.
Sunday: More organizing of the den downstairs and Winter prepping my flower beds while the sun is out. work at 4pm.
Monday: Columbus Day holiday so I am off and the kids are in school! I have quite a few errands to run, including some Santa shopping for the boys.
Happy weekend!
My three sons!
tonight-- l;ike many of you..... ordering out. Getting my eyebrows waxed. fun fun
saturday- grocery store in the morning and then niece's baptism. DH & I are the godparents! So excited. SIL nephew is also getting baptised and there is a big party afterwards. Like 70 people big.
Sunday- it is picture day at daycare next week, and I will probably be on a mission to find DD something to wear.
TGIF everyone!
This is what I'll be doing right after my parents pick dd up. It's sad how excited I am to organize the girls' closets.
I usually don't do much on the weekends, so I usually skip all the excitement that other people post. But I'm super excited that I actually have plans for tomorrow! I'm taking Helena to Little House Big Art tomorrow afternoon to do some crafts. She's getting so into painting and art lately, but I'm running out of options at home (not to mention the not having space for it or wanting to do the mass clean up afterward). So I'm taking her there and getting all of her creativity out! I'm so excited!
If you've never heard of Little House Big Art, check it out. It's so great and they have stuff for all ages!
Then, of course, the fun ends just when the weather gets nice and I have to work on Sunday. Blah.
Hubby gets home from VA late tonight (he was there all week for work) so me and the kid will probably eat leftovers and watch a movie. Tomorrow I want to organize the garage my car barely fits in around all the stuff and it is a 2+ size garage (how did this happen in 2 months?) Sunday we are going to The Who concert. I'm excited to get out, seems like we havn't been out in forever! Have a great weekend everyone.
Meghan, I bet this week was rough on you.... i felt bad for our HRBP on the call she had with us yesterday.
I am happy it will be a long weekend with nice weather and no plans.

Tonight - going to dinner with the in-laws for Gary's birthday.
Tomorrow - hair appt. in the morning and then the Veteran's Day parade in my hometown.
Sunday - not sue yet, hopefully something outdoors since it's supposed to be so nice.
Monday - kids and I may head to my parent's house for the day.
Tonight - Dinner is in the crockpot, so just a quiet night at home. Maybe a movie if the kids ask.
Tomorrow - Errands, playground, order a turkey, laundry, and maybe a playdate.
Sunday - Since DH and the kids are off Monday, they are going to MIL's without me. There is so much I want to get done in my 24 hours alone, it is ridiculous.
Tonight: I'm done with work at 3:30 yay!! Going out to dinner with friends.
Tomorrow: shopping and dinner with IL's
Sunday: no plans yet

Last night: drive to my parents house
Saturday: going to a craft show with my mom and the girls and hopefully DD1 can pick a Christmas gift for DD2 (anything non toy!). Then DD2 is getting baptized and we are taking all of the immediate family (our parents, grandparents, siblings/spouses and nephews out for dinner at my favorite Italian restaurant near home afterwards. I'm so not into a big party for baptisms)). Then driving back to our house later.
Sunday: sleeping in, maybe going to outside and creating a craft space downstairs so I can make some orders!
