Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Mail delays
I'm waiting for something important to arrive in the mail. Before the hurricane I was told I should expect it to come no later than Monday, November 5th. It has not come yet. I understand that because of the hurricane some mail has been delayed. Does anyone know by how long?

I'm sorry I don't. I also am missing mail. Can you call the person who sent it to you and tell them to resend? (if it's a product...)
