Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

esp. if you have a tendency to lose your phone like I do!
On Sat I went out to rake leaves & Caileigh had my phone. I didn't think she gave it back to me, she said she did but I couldn't find it anywhere. Called it a dozen times & nothing. So later that night I pulled up the app on our ipad & it located the phone (luckily the app was on in my phone settings). It pulled up a map & just had a dot on it where the phone was but it looked like it was in the middle of my street! Hmmm .... I'm clueless and then I looked outside at the 12 bags of leaves at the end of my driveway & thought "noooooooo!". So 9 at night I'm outside with the ipad (you can ping the phone) and flashlight trying to figure out what bag the "PING" was coming from to find my phone. A few bags later and "voila!" there was my phone at the bottom of a bag of leaves! Apparently it was in my pocket and fell out when I was bagging the leaves.
Morale of the story - download the app, turn it "on" so your phone can be located & don't do yard work with your phone in your pocket.

Well, you see, your first mistake was doing yard work in the first place! LOL
