Spice question for turkey day
I'm going to try a new recipe for brining my turkey, it calls for rosemary and I don't like rosemary. The recipe also calls for orange peels, bay leaves, peppercorns, apple juice, garlic and salt. What could I replace the rosemary with?

i do thyme too because rosemary makes me sick.

Depends upon how much water you are going to use. When using a large stockpot (1 gal), I usually sprinkle enough cinnamon to cover 1/2 of the water surface. It does not dissolve, it floats on top.
