Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • sorry, catching up on my own posts ;-) 

    I have been awful. I gained back all but 3 of the 13 lbs I had lost this summer. So, I'm back at it. So far this week I'm down about 2-3 lbs, and making much smarter choices so that's good. Knee pain means I'm holding off on running, but am back to the gym doing what I can when I can. Little circuit workouts at home, etc. I can do this!!!

  • I weighed in last night (should really do it in the morning, but I never seem to remember). I was down 2 pounds from last week! Whew. Finally moving in the right direction again. Now to keep it up as we enter holiday season...
