Hey ladies.. it's that time of the week again! What's everyone up to this weekend?

Rants: It's been another tough week at work! I will be SO glad once Thanksgiving is over so I can stop stressing about this huge mailing at work and having both families over for Turkey day!

Raves: I'm really looking forward to this weekend!

WP: Tonight I'm going to dinner with a friend I haven't seen in a while. I'm really looking forward to it as she's one of my very few married friends.

Tomorrow we're cleaning the apartment and then I'm going grocery shopping for Thanksgiving. Saturday night we're celebrating H's bday which is next Saturday, but he has to work as it's the day after Black Friday. We'll probably go see a movie (I'm hoping Skyfall or Wreck it Ralph), go out to pick him up a new watch, and then we're going to dinner with another couple.

Sunday will be more cleaning around the apartment and maybe some office work since I have jury duty Monday. I normally wouldn't mind but things are just crazy at work right now and I really can't miss a day!

Rants: I slept weird a couple nights ago and REALLY pulled my neck out of place. Like can't- operate- a- car- safely out of place. I'm so over it.

Raves: I upgraded my phone this week to Galaxy s3 and I am in LOVE with it.

WP: I don't think there's anything big on the agenda... We really need to clean up the house, and we'll probably end up watching season 3 of Boardwalk Empire

I was thinking about upgrading to the Galaxy S 3. Can you tell me a little more about it? What phone did you have originally?

Rants: Taking care of 6 puppies this weekend and I am not looking forward to it at all. I feel bad about not looking forward to it but it is so much work. At least they will be at the clinic which makes cleaning them so much easier.

Raves: The extra money that I am making for watching the puppies will pay off my car this month!!! I am super excited about having one less bill to pay. I paid off a student loan last month and now my car, who knew that paying bills could be so exciting!!!

Weekend Plans: Taking care of the puppies of course and tomorrow H and I are going on a date. We're going to dinner then to see Lincoln, which I am super excited about!! Monday will be 3 years since our first date (which was dinner and a movie) so we'll be celebrating that Smile H will probably be hunting throughout the weekend as well.

Another week of classes are over!! Only 3 more weeks!

H and I are going to Amish Country this weekend- we REALLY need the break. And I can't WAIT :-D

I had a Samsung Epic- It was my first smartphone, and I loved it, too. But after 2 years it had just gotten really slow and it was just time for it to go.

LOVE the giant screen of the s3- I didn't think it would be that much of a difference, but it really feels a ton bigger (but not too big). They tried to get me to look at that Note (I think?) thing, and the screen on it was ridiculously huge, but the s3 is just right. Not to mention the display in general is super nice- Really bright & sharp.

It's super speedy. Really intuitive to use. The camera is really awesome- Has just as many features as my point and shoot. It's super thin, but feels sturdy.

Best of all, my tech geek H is wildly jealous of it

Not sure who your carrier is, but Best Buy is giving free $100 Best Buy gift cards (which can be applied to the phone purchase) with Sprint contracts right now, so it ended up being $99. Or they will be on sale for $48 on Black Friday.

Also have seen where TMobile is doing free s3's with new contracts.

Rants: I was doing this exercise at the gym this morning, basically in a plank, I would walk my hands from the floor to using the little step thing, and after doing half of them, I started them with my right hand first, and knocked the top of the step off, which meant my arm went flying forward, and I spazzed out and cracked my knee on the ground. It hurts

Raves: It's Friday. It's surprising to me how often that's enough of a rave. haha. It's been a fun week... H and I spent a lot of fun time together, and our pup has been super cuddly. Life is good!

Weekend Plans: Tonight is date night, dinner and a movie! I've been told it's the first of my birthday events. Interesting Birthday events pause tomorrow, for Friends Thanksgiving (as my previous post mentioned.) H and his friends have done this for many many years (before me!). They all come over and bring food, and H deep fries turkeys and it's a fun night. It's changed a lot over the years, because people are starting to have kids, which is fun, too!

Sunday will bring football, and hopefully I can resume the birthday girl status long enough to convince H to make me some chili My Bday is Tuesday, so I feel like H created this himself by telling me my birthday fun starts tonight haha I'm taking full advantage!
