What is everyone up to this weekend??
DH and I are going camping with his family. We went in the middle of October, but got rained out
We ended up getting a hotel for both nights we were there. The weather seems like it is going to be PERFECT! I am so excited for the trip. I can't wait to sit by the fire roasting marshmellows.
Re: This Weekend...
That must be nice! DH and I work Monday and Tuesday then have off the rest of the week. His mom and cousin work in another school district and have off all next week. SO JEALOUS! The kids are going to be nuts!
As stressful as it is to be in a full time program with no time to work, it's fantastic during breaks. I've never had this much time off. Have fun with those kiddos! Especially when you come back after a break haha
Married the love of my life on 1-21-12. Our princess arrived on 5-28-13.
Tonight will be a date night. Saturday I am going shopping with my mom and going to a car show to benefit the family of someone who was killed in a car accident. Sunday we are meeting with our realtor to look at a bunch of houses, then I have a choir concert to perform in.
Joy and I got to be participants in her cousins wedding.
I was at a conference for work on Friday and due to being crazy busy this weekend, my post is pretty late.
Our crib came in Friday. This was the second time we had to have them order it in. We opened it at the store and so far it doesn't seem to be broken (waiting to put it together until the nursery is all done). We also went to Lowe's on Friday night to buy paint for the nursery.
I love how optimistic my DH was. He kept telling everyone how it was only going to take us 4 hours to paint the nursery. Well maybe to paint, but I think he forgot to consider all the prep work, clean up and breaks. His knee still bothers him. It took us more like 7 1/2 hours including breaks. I'm still sore. That was Saturday.
Sunday we had Thanksgiving dinner at FIL's house. It was at 2:00 so I was up by 7:00 to start on the rolls. I did go back to bed once I get them in the pans to rise. We got home by 7:00. I studied a bit and crashed on the couch.
