I'm hosting here with my family and the in-laws. My Dad is obsessed with deep frying the Turkey this year. So he's in charge of that. Im making the usual traditional stuff. Mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, brussel sprouts, stuffing, pumpkin pie, etc.
As for Black Friday, I've never had any desire to go out in that craziness and dont see that changing anytime soon. I'll browse the interwebs on Cyber Monday

We are going to breakfast at my mom's and dinner at my IL's. My MIL is catering it and she says unless she doesn't like the food when she gets it on Weds then she will have me make something. Well you are shiiit outta luck my friend cause I'm not going to the grocery store tomorrow so we are eating it whether you like it or not.
My family was supposed to come but my niece loses her mind when she has an audience so my mom doesn't really feel like dealing with her so they are doing their own thing for dinner.
I thought about doing some shopping but I'll probably be too drunk from all the wine I need.
We're having the ILs over for breakfast then heading to my parents house for dinner/dessert deliciousness.
No Black Friday for me. I'm not a fan of the crazies.

Where ya going? See above. It is just us and my mom so it will be small. DH has to work (he always works on Thanksgiving so I am not that excited about it).
Whatcha making? I am in charge of the sweet potatoes...saw a recipe on pinterest i want to try.
Going out to wait in any Black Friday lines? No chance. I'll shop the online deals at midnight (maybe if i am not in a turkey coma).
Whatcha doing? We always do Thanksgiving with my FIL's side of the family. I love them!!!

Whatcha making? baked brie appetizer and a side dish- corn spoon bread. I had it at a friends and it was amazing, i found a similar recipe online and im excited to try it!
Going out to wait in any Black Friday lines? no way jose! i worked retail in HS and College so i stay FAR away from the stores black friday. sometimes i creep out saturday or sunday when it has calmed down

No black Friday for me. I did it once and that was more than enough to last me a lifetime.
We host Thanksgiving here. It's N's parents and grandma, my parents, my grandpa, my aunt, uncle and cousin and my dad's godfather. My brother and his fiance are coming for appetizers and then going to the Jets game.
I'm going to Woodbury Commons Thursday night with my mom and aunt. We've gone the last several years and actually think it's fun. We get there early and just skip stores with lines. Friday morning we usually go over to Tice's Corner in Woodcliff Lake. It's an outdoor shopping center, but it's usually not too busy. In past years we've gone to Macy's at the Nanuet Mall but idk if we'll go this year. Might have to stop at Ulta too now that they're open in Ramsey.
breakfast with AJ at the diner. then we are going to my IL for dinner...
friday: i will venture out to find my camera. thats about it. not sure what we're going to do with the baby on friday. G's 10 year hs reunion is on friday night, if we get a sitter we will be going to that. saturday and sunday we are cleaning and purging... putting up christmas lights and decorations. im so excited

my 10 yr reunion is saturday. i wasn't going to go because my closet friends aren't going and then the one that just had twins 6 weeks ago turned around and said lets go! so off we go
awh! we were going to go. however, my IL are going DTS to their beach condo to check on damage and my mom is working. so crazy how time flies!
