Homepath REO Homes
We were told about Homepath through a friend.
"HomePath Mortgage allows a buyer to purchase a Fannie Mae-owned property with a low down payment, no lender-requested appraisal and no mortgage insurance. Expanded seller contributions towards closing costs are allowed. Available for owner occupants and investors."
Has anyone had a negative or positive experience with this??

My SIL & her husband bought through Homepath. The house was in really good condition when they looked and they put an offer in that day. The offer was accepted less than a week later and they closed in less than six weeks. Simple and easy for them.
After 31 cycles and two losses, we've been blessed with a healthy baby girl!
