So, we all know I seriously dislike what I do for a living
Other than what I get paid, it pretty much sucks.
Obviously I have always wanted to be an interior decorator, which is lame, but it is what I enjoy.
I got my first client today! Right now, I am just trying to build my portfolio (I am helping a guy at work as well, so I guess I have two clients, technically) and Snowful is going to help me make a blog. I doubt this will ever become a full time gig but I am excited to have SOME creativity in my life.....
Re: So, we all know I seriously dislike what I do for a living
Exactly this!
OH, I never considered having professional images taken, that is a good idea. Sadly, it is too late for the "befores" of the houses I have already finished but it might be a good idea to have professional "afters" taken of my house and professional "befores" of the houses I am about to start (although one is mid reno and I forgot to take before pictures - argh!). Huh. Let me get with Snowful and see what she thinks.
I think this will be a good side job just to keep my mind working in a creative direction. I have invested way too much time in my career just to throw it to the side.
