  • My homemade Mac n cheese and my Dutch apple pie. I don't make either of them often and I get excited when I get to eat them.  :)
No....click me!!!! Cause I'm the wedding bio! Bloggin it up! Prince Charming stole my heart and we rode off on his white horse... • I'm pretty excited for turkey gravy and deviled eggs. I'm going to try to make a pumpkin cheesecake for H's family get-together, and I'm naively excited about that, too. I've actually not made a cheesecake before, so here's hoping I don't botch it up.
  • Our family stuffing. Seriously, it's the best. So good. Yum.

  • Thanksgiving is my FAVORITE MEAL EVER. I don't necessarily love turkey but I do love stuffing!!!! Yum! So, that and mashed potatoes.  And cherry pie.

I had thanksgiving at Sweets and Eats last week and fell asleep at my desk. Seriously. It was one of my finer work related moments.

  • Hands down, Mom's stuffing and mashed potatoes. /drool

  • I am most looking forward to the pumpkin rolls I am making.  I made some for our Friendsgiving, and they were so delicious.  I am making more this time so I can have plenty of leftovers.

  • I don't really like turkey, so I live for the sides! My grandmother makes great homemade cranberry sauce, and my mom makes delicious twice baked potatoes. I've tried to get the family to go a little more gourmet for the holidays, but they're stuck on tradition. At least it's pretty tasty!
  • The sides are always my favorite. I love the stuffing, mashed potatoes, and my Nanny's homemade rolls. YUM.

  • Broccoli rice casserole (it's the only time I ever eat it), creamed corn, mashed potatoes, and ham. And the rolls.

    So yeah, carbs.

  • I'm just thrilled we're spending it with my parents. DH's extended family puts everything in a casserole. There's not a single casserole at my family's dinner. It's fresh green beans with butter and salt pork, roasted carrots, roasted sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes with butter and cream, homemade stuffing, fresh chopped cranberry relish, actually good gravy, etc.
