My top picks of what we've done in the past three years would be:
Snorkeling (fury water sports)
Hemingway house ( especially if you love cats),
Dry tortugus tour ( do not do if raining...just trust me on this),
Duval crawl (bar hop),
Mallory Square sunset celebration (if you like crowds, we did it once but found our view from our balcony was much better and certainly more peaceful)
Go to the Southernmost Point ( big buoy)

These are all great suggestions.
We also loved just renting a scooter and riding around. The kayak tour was also fun.
