What three words describe you and why?

I've heard this question quite a few times at interviews and I'm still not happy with my answer. So what would you say for yourself if you were asked this?

I used to ask this question all the time and I hated it when people gave me answers they thought I wanted to hear. You have to remember people ask this question over and over again and hear the same boring answers always come up. I would recommend being honest and creative.
Some ideas... Kind, adaptable, interesting, forward thinking, artistic, optimistic, clever, ambitious or purposeful.
I would take what you have, plug it into a thesaurus and find more creative ways to say what you mean.
I would say reliable, because I'm always at work on time, and if they need someone to work overtime or fill-in for someone I'm there.
Trustworthy because if you leave me in charge of a special task whether its money wise or something else i accomplish it.
And i would have to say personable.
