Help - simple cow toddler costume?!
For a school pageant. In 2 weeks. Because I don't have enough to do in the next 2 weeks.
My thought: white sweatpants, shirt, black felt "spots", black gloves and shoes (hooves)
DH said to get a mask, but the kid has a line or two and singing. So, would you do a white hoodie and sew on ears? And for the tail??!??!?!
HELP! Oh and WTH can I get these white sweats?!

My three sons!
Re: Help - simple cow toddler costume?!
Hi Clare! It's been a long time since I've posted but I have a cow costume you could borrow. It's a size 3T though. Not sure which boy needs it and if that size would work. Let me know.

Halloweencostumes.com has a child's cow costume on sale for $28.99: or they have just a ears and tail set for $12.99: http://www.halloweencostumes.com/cow-ears-tail-set.html.
It looks like you can get 15% off by liking them on FB: http://www.retailmenot.com/view/halloweencostumes.com
ETA - not sure why 'this is spam' is in the link, so I deleted the link (it copied and pasted just fine from the site:( If you go to halloweencostumes.com and search cow costume, you should be able to find.My three sons!

Michaels/JoAnns may have some white sweats. Also check the craft section at Walmart. (I would call ahead to all of these stores!)
Brilliant - thank you!
And I guess it was smart of me to leave 4 vacation days for December afterall - I know what I will be doing!
My three sons!
If I get to the store in the next day or two I'll scout it out for you!
You can also do fleece pants and a t-shirt (I know Target has them a lot). Anything that matches top and bottom, and then just stick the felt spots on. They sell fabric glue, but I bet you could use some good tape and then you wouldn't be ruining the clothes. I bet you could also find a bell ornament at the Dollar Store or somewhere like that to use for the bell. You can never have too much cow bell
Amazon has some ear/tail options that aren't too bad:
