Yay and boo! Sorry forgot to change title!!
Yay: Today is our one year anniversary, DH and I had decided that we weren't doing anything crazy just dinner. He took the day off and we spent such a beautiful day together! Out of no where the doorbell rings and waiting for me, were some really awesome roses!!! He is so perfect and awesome!! On another note, I now know who I have to give a gift to this year for Christmas for secret Santa and I'm really excited to start Christmas shopping!!!
Boo: I'm really behind on Christmas shopping, I haven't even bought one gift 
I'm a slacker!!! Hopefully this weekend DH and I can go because Christmas is right around the corner!!! Also, three girls in my class are super sick and I wasn't sick going into class but I think I was sick leaving class I don't feel good!!!

Yay: my kitty is almost completely back to normal from her surgery last week. and my yearly review is coming up next month and my boss has dropped a lot of hints about a possible promotion!
Boo: DH's car is acting up and will be at least $400 to fix.. meaning we will be a 1-car family for at least the rest of the week. His office is 40 miles away from mine, so my commute will double!! We STILL have not heard about a house we put an offer on in August! So frustrating!!!

We were supposed to hear about it last week, which I guess we kind of did, but their counter-offer was very confusing and they didn't even mention fixing the roof, which was a part of our original offer... So we are having our realtor call the seller and try to figure everything out. DH and I are itching to get out of our tiny condo and get to working on the house (it's a fixer-upper). He used to flip houses with his uncle and I studied interior design in school, so we are both ready to let our creativeness flow and make a place of our own. We are renting now and can't do anything!!!
Well it seems like your closer then you think, hopefully time goes by fast!!! My dad works in flipping houses too and he just remodeled my moms kitchen it looks so beautiful!! And my husband is always learning new things and I love decorating too, I can't wait to get a house of our own too!! I'm really happy for you, I'm jealous in a good kind of way!!
When you do get your house you need to post pictures of the before and after! How exciting I'm excited now!! Lol!
