Tell me about your lunch.
I bring mine almost every day, and am looking for some healthy cold sandwich ideas. I've just realized that my peanut butter is adding an extra 200 calories that I really don't want, but I need something with protein that keeps me full til dinner time. I don't like to eat deli meat much, just to add to the fun. What do you put on your sandwiches?

I've made chicken salad with fat free plain greek yogurt before and it turned out nicely. You could also do smoked salmon and cream cheese on a wrap. I usually make a big pot of soup and take that for lunches through the week

I struggle with healthy lunch options, too, but I wanted to share this amazing recipe for low-fat ranch dressing:

I've made it a few times to eat with roasted broccoli/cauliflower, and I actually think I like it more than regular ranch.
