  I do the bathrooms once a week. I clean the toliet and counters down. and do the floors. Typically, I try to do the tub, but that's the worst- we have a completely tiled walls and it takes so long, so i do it every other week and then use a shower cleaner spray in between, During the week sometimes the counters get cluttered so on Wednesday I might clean them up and just wipe them down with an antibacterial wipe. I don't clean the sink as often as I should. I probably give it "good cleaning" once every few months, but I would ideally do it once a month, plus a good wipe down every now and then. The inside of the windows we do twice a year, spring and fall cleaning.

  I typically do a "once over" for the bathroom maybe every 2-3 weeks? (wipe down tub and tile, clean toilet, wipe down vanity and sink)  I wash towels then too.

   I do a "deep clean" (clear everything off the vanity, wipe down the floor, mirror, plus all of the above) probably once every 2 months or so....or whenever it aggravates me to the point of wanting it spotless.

   ...there's only hubby and I though, so things don't get dirty quite as fast as with little ones!

  For you, i'd probably do a quick wipe down and toilet clean 1x per week, and maybe a deep clean once a month.

  Mama-Bear:

  Clean your toilets -Once a week

  bathroom mirrors -every other week/once a month
  inside of windows -once a month
  kitchen sink -usually once every other week

   I'm revamping my cleaning schedule and it's been a while since I've worked off of a written list.  So much of it seems like it needs to be done daily, but then I feel like I'd be cleaning the entire house every.single.day, and I have 3 kids, so it's not really realistic. 

  For the past 6-9 months I've been pretty much just doing things as they need to be done, but I'd like to work off of a list again.

   I "deep clean" our bathrooms 1x a week.  This includes scrubbing the bath tub, toilet, sink, fixtures, floor, etc.  I change the hand towels and bath towels and wipe the counter top probably 2-3x a week in between "deep cleanings" depending on how often DH & I are home.

  I wipe down my kitchen sink constantly! It's the dirtiest place in the house! If I don't do it everyday, it's every other day then.

  Windows are here or there - sometimes I wipe them and the window sills down every week, mostly it's every other week.  We have 2 cats that like to sit on them, otherwise, I may even spread out cleanings more.

  Twice a week for entire bathroom. Also if expecting company a quick wipe down. Kitchen sink is once a week with comet but I also wipe down after I do dishes every day. 

  As needed. Once a week for bottom windows since there are finger prints. Tops are about every 6 weeks or so.

  I clean the counters daily or as needed but usually daily

  
  BATHROOM MIRRORS

  I clean the mirrors every other day/third day when i clean toilets.

  
  INSIDE OF WINDOWS

   I clean insides of windows once a week

  
  KITCHEN SINK

  daily, multiple times daily such as after dishes, cooking etc..

  i try and clean the toilet once a week

  the bathroom counters and mirrors: i keep a spray bottle of peroxide and water in the bathroom with a roll of paper towels. that way i can just do a quick spray and wipe when im done getting ready.

  inside windows hardly ever 

  and the kitchen sink  i keep a spray bottle of peroxide and water in the kitchen with a roll of paper towels so i can spray and wipe the sink and counters when im done with the dishes.
