Holiday Food
What is your favorite food to eat around the holidays? I am having Christmas Eve at my house again this year and I am trying to come up with something a little different to serve this year.

My moms egg casserole. I make it every year for Christmas breakfast at our house. I usually only have it then, but i make it earlier this school year for Chase's class to eat before state testing and several of the kids mothers requested the recipe.

My mom makes a really good egg casserole as well. Does it have ham in it? I am planning on ham for the main meat and I could make it with the leftover on Christmas morning.
