Dog Drool Stains

Any suggestions on how to clean a couch and love seat that has some serious dog drool spots? It's a light beige microfiber fabric. I don't have a steam cleaner and, to be honest, probably wouldn't take the time to rent one. I don't mind buying new products and using good old elbow grease. Thanks in advance!

Re: Dog Drool Stains

  • Have you ever gotten one of those tide sticks?  It may be too small for it if its a really large spot, but I have used it and gotten out ink and all sorts of little things.  It works wonders, just really small... its worth a shot.  :)
  • We also have microfiber couches, and a drooly dog. I've just used a wet washcloth and scrubbed it out. Our couches are really super cheap though, so I'm not sure if the microfiber is comparable.

MIL has had alot of problems with getting hers clean, it's like the water makes it worse, but hers is alot darker...
