Rants: this week took forever to get through, and nothing seemed to be going right at work....
Raves: I only have to work until 1pm today and then i'm on holidays!!!!
Weekend plans: We're off to Disneyland for a week!!! WOOHOO!!

Rants: none.. life is pretty good right now..
Even if there's just not enough time to get everything done!
Raves: ILs are here for the company holiday party, which is tonight. They are really goofy, and hired a magician again for the party. We have also been buying lots of gifts that we wrap and put in a stocking and everyone gets one. It always puts such a smile on my face.
WP: Tonight is the holiday party, tomorrow, I have a hair appt, and that's pretty much it. Spending more time with the ILs before they head back to NC!
After 2 years of TTC, lots of tests, and a Hysteroscopy/Laparoscopy to remove several polyps,
Clomid/IUI #1 3/14: cancelled due to surprise BFP 3/8/14.

Plans: Tonight, we're going to a 21+ party at the science center. You can roam around and look at all the exhibits and there are drinks, food, and music. I've never been, but I've been told it's alot of fun... basically being a kid with a drink in hand, lol. Tomorrow, we're taking our furbaby to the groomer's and running some errands. No plans for Sunday yet, but I'm going to try to wrap all of our Christmas presents.
Rants: I got no sleep last night. I had the hardest time falling asleep- don't know why. And then our furbaby decided to wake me up once I actually did fall asleep :-/
Raves: It's Friday! And I'm excited for tonight even though I'm exhausted, haha. Also, we only have a few more things to get this weekend and then we'll be done with Christmas shopping- yay!
Plans: In about a few hours Im heading up to NYC to see Ingrid Michaelson...me and one of my bests have been doing this for 3 years now. So Excited!
Rants : Just waiting to get my results back from my practicum so I can official say I have a Masters! Work has been super stressful, they talking major layoffs and my poor boss has to detail every thing she spends and every thing her staff does. We think we are safe because we are the revue makers in the university but you never know and we dont want anyone to lose there job. Its a complete nightmare.
Raves: Im done school FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rants: H is out of town, and H usually makes the coffee when he gets up in the morning. Since I require a cup of coffee as soon as my feet hit the floor in the AM, I thought I'd try to program the maker. I figured it would either not work, and then I'd just have to get up and punch the button- No big deal. Or it would work, and the sound of the beans grinding suddenly would freak me the ef out. It worked (and definitely freaked me and the cat out), but it worked a whole freaking hour early. Apparently the coffee maker wasn't reset for daylight savings
Fortunately there was plenty of coffee to drown my sorrows in ;p
Raves: SO excited that H seems to be gaining some momentum in his job search- At this point he's not sure if he actually wants to work at the place he's interviewing or if he just wants to use a job offer as leverage at his current job. Either way, I'm very thrilled that we will have some definite answers about where we will be living soon- HATE having so much up in the air like this.
Plans: Tomorrow night is our small town Christmas parade, and it is seriously one of the best parts of my Christmas season. We bundle up, walk over to Main Street, watch the (often) hilarious parade, and then drink free hot cocoa in the park that is all decked out in lights. It's awesome. Otherwise we've GOT to get caught up on our DIY presents- We only have 2 weeks left!!!
Rants: I am starting to feel super stressed out. We have so much going on and so little time to do it. Between my grandmother. Christmas, and H's cousin getting married on New Year's Eve we feel stretched thin and emotions running high.
Raves: Christmas is almost here and H and I are almost done shopping.
Weekend Plans: Tonight H and I are planning to finish up as much shopping as we can and then go have dinner. Tomorrow I am going shopping with my mom to find a dress for H's cousin's wedding. And then Sunday we are going to clean the house since at some point we will have a bunch of family coming in and they will need to stay somewhere other than my parents house.
LOVE the Liquid Lounge. We're not going tonight because of the company party, but it's a blast. I'm a science center dork, after working at the St. Louis Science Center

Rants: it's been a crazy hellish week at work and I am so glad it's over!!
Raves: I work in fund raising and it's annual appeal time which always stresses me out. Well we sent ours out the week after Thanksgiving and are already receiving a really strong response and a lot of positive feedback which makes me feel great! I'm such a dork it's like Christmas every day when we got those little envelopes back in the mail!!
Weekend Plans: I'm going grocery shopping after work tonight and then I'm going to make a nice dinner and watch a movie at home with H who's off today. Tomorrow I'm FINALLY getting my hair cut!! It's finally long enough to donate it, so I'm very excited! I've wanted to donate my hair for a long time. Then I'm hoping to do some, if not the rest if our Christmas shopping. Sunday I'll do some housework and then catch up on some TV I missed this week.
Rants: Life just sucks right now.
Raves: Our wood flooring is in and will be delivered this weekend. It's scheduled for install in January.
Weekend plans: homework, homework, and more homework.

Rant: We have been expecting a surprise visit from the people checking the quality of our day care this week. We were expecting the visit Monday, and she hasn't showed up yet. So I'm a little bit cheesed off that she hasn't come yet.
Rave: My MIL covered my shift today at the family business so I had some time to catch up on homework :-)
Weekend Plans: date night tonight (basically grocery shopping and dinner - don't laugh, but Friday nights are the best nights for grocery's in our town. Everyone else has lives that H and I don't!) Sat: we have our town Christmas light show parade and I agree, it is the best. Free cocoa - nugh said! Sunday: Football
Rants: I really don't have any. Life is good!
Raves: I don't have any rants this week!!! Plus my boss gave me a very generous Christmas bonus already. That put my whole week into good mode!
Rants: Work has been crappy all week..havent been getting good sleep...and why must all the bills be due same week??? UGH
Raves: My boss added my last vaction days (2) to this paycheck so I can finish shopping this weekend yay! Also that its Friday and Im off for the weekend
Weekend plans:
Tonight..doing household chores Ive been putting off all week, then maybe go out for a bit tonight and see some lights
Sat- Try to finish our christmas shopping and mail out my elfster gift
Also sat night is FIL's good friends family/friends christmas party...so basically we the "newlyweds" of the night and get to go for our first time and be mature adults..haha...we going to be youngest ones there..but weirdly Im looking forward to it??? Kinda like yay we finally reached being invited haha...

Woohoo here's to 3 wins in a row PLEASE lol...I mean..its against the KC Chiefs ( I used to be all crazy about Hillis who plays for em now..so shall be an interesting game since its so heated with the fans)...last game of season I get to go to..:)
