Re: Good Thoughts & Confession Session Thursday! 12/6/12
Confession: The Christmas stockings I ordered for my family came in today, and I'm dying to open up the box. But, my kids don't know about them, so I have to wait until they're in bed tonight. Waiting is killing me!
Confession: I ordered a surprise for my husband's birthday. He's likely going to be both pissed and thrilled that I did something for him this year, beyond the annual little get-together with my family that we have each year. I won't find out until about 11pm tonight what his reaction to his gift is. That's killing me too.
Good Thoughts: for my Mom. She's just found out that she has narrowing of the vertebrae, arthritis, and something else wrong with her neck. She's going to her first physical therapy appointment in a little while. I hope it helps her with her pain!
Confession: I am not really looking forward to Christmas this year. I usually love the holiday. I have no idea what's wrong with me this year, but I hope I snap out of it!
Good thoughts: ...to my friend, who's daughter is traveling with her husband to see his family while she has to stay behind. She hates flying and not being there with her daughter is killing her.
... and to all that need them.
Good thoughts - to Alicia's mom, to Amy's friend, and all who need them for all reasons.
Good thoughts - Maddy has another ear infection, so we got ENT names to check out and I will start calling today. *sigh* I know that tubes will probably help her (and/or tonsils), but I can't help but be nervous at the idea of my baby girl undergoing any kind of procedure. An IV for dehydration earlier this year was hard enough! That's my baby!!!
Confession - I haven't worked in 3 days b/c of Maddy being home sick and DH home sick so I've had no help. And all I can say is - I loved it. Yep - sick kid, sick husband, but no work worries?? confirms my desire that I would seriously rather just be a SAHM. I know it's not an easy job, and I often want to run away from my kids, but only worrying about my family for a few days instead of rushing through my care for them so I can get back to writing a brief has been fabulous. *sigh* Now I need to hit the lottery....

Confession: My weekend and tis weekend are already packed and it is stressing me out to no end. I just wanted a bit of a breather before the holiday stuff started up and it's not happening.
Also, I just did my nails at work- productive worker over here,
Good thoughts: To everyone that needs them including you ladies and your friends and family ...and to my mom's best friend who just found out she has cancer again and is starting chemo next week, er.
