Re: What's for Dinner?
We're having leftover baked ziti.
Recipe: http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2012/11/baked-ziti/
I made it with whole wheat ziti and reduced fat cheese to make it a little healthier. And I omitted the ricotta completely because H doesn't like it.
I made that last week, it was YUMMY!!
Right now I have chili in my crockpot for lunch the rest of the week and for dinner I'm making baked eggplant parm!
Wow that looks amazing! I love the Pioneer Woman!
I have no clue on what we're having for dinner...I really need to start planning more in advance so I'm not waiting until the minute H walks in the door from work!

I made pasta from Giada's show on the Food Network: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/wagon-wheel-pasta-with-pancetta-and-peas-recipe/index.html
Super easy, but definitely needed something to go with it.
We had jalapeno popper chicken, broccoli, and a salad. The chicken was OK, but I don't think I made it quite right.
I want to try the baked ziti!! I may make it next week.
We made Italian Crockpot chicken. It is really easy! And so good!
